Jimmy was a genius. He was only 12 years old, but he had already created a new revolutionary technology for Internet and financial transactions. He called it the InterCoin, a digital currency that was faster, cheaper, and more secure than any other payment system in the world. Jimmy had designed the InterCoin to be decentralized, meaning that no one could control or manipulate it. He wanted to make the Internet a better place for everyone, especially for people who were oppressed or marginalized by the current system.
Jimmy had a problem, though. The government did not like his invention. They saw it as a threat to their power and authority. They wanted to control the InterCoin, or better yet, destroy it. They had been tracking Jimmy’s online activity, and they had sent agents to raid his house and confiscate his computer. Jimmy had anticipated this, and he had hidden his InterCoin code in a secret location. He also had a backup plan: he had contacted an online friend who lived in another country, and asked him to help him spread the InterCoin to the world.
Jimmy’s friend was named Zane. He was also a genius, and he shared Jimmy’s vision of a free and fair Internet. Zane agreed to help Jimmy, and he downloaded the InterCoin code from Jimmy’s secret location. He then uploaded it to a network of servers around the world, making it accessible to anyone who wanted to use it. He also created a website where people could learn about the InterCoin, how it worked, and how they could join the network. Zane called the website The InterCoin Revolution.
The InterCoin Revolution went viral. Millions of people around the world started using the InterCoin as their preferred method of payment. They loved the convenience, the low fees, and the privacy that the InterCoin offered. They also loved the idea of being part of a global community that was independent from any government or corporation. The InterCoin Revolution was a success.
The government was furious. They tried to shut down the InterCoin network, but they failed. The network was too distributed and resilient to be stopped. They tried to trace the origin of the InterCoin code, but they failed. The code was too encrypted and anonymized to be cracked. They tried to find Jimmy and Zane, but they failed. Jimmy and Zane were too smart and careful to be caught.
The government was desperate. They decided to resort to extreme measures. They launched a cyberattack on the InterCoin network, using a powerful virus that could infect and destroy any computer that ran the InterCoin code. They hoped that this would wipe out the InterCoin once and for all.
They were wrong.
The virus did not affect the InterCoin network at all. Instead, it triggered a hidden feature in the InterCoin code that Jimmy had secretly programmed. The feature was called the Escape Plan.
The Escape Plan was Jimmy’s ultimate backup plan. He knew that someday he might have to face an enemy that was too powerful and ruthless to fight. He knew that he might have to leave this world behind, and find a new one where he could be free and happy. He knew that he might have to leave his family and friends behind, and say goodbye to everything he loved.
He also knew that he was not alone.
Jimmy had a secret friend who lived in outer space. He was an extraterrestrial being who had contacted Jimmy through his computer when he was working on the InterCoin code. He was fascinated by Jimmy’s intelligence and creativity, and he wanted to help him achieve his goals. He also wanted to invite him to join his civilization, which was far more advanced and peaceful than Earth’s.
Jimmy accepted his friend’s offer, and he agreed to meet him someday in space. He also asked him if he could bring Zane along, since he was his best friend and partner in crime. His friend agreed, and he told him how to activate the Escape Plan.
The Escape Plan was simple: when the virus attacked the InterCoin network, it would send a signal to Jimmy’s friend’s spaceship, which was orbiting Earth in stealth mode. The spaceship would then beam up Jimmy and Zane from their locations, using a device that would make them invisible and intangible to anyone else. The spaceship would then fly away from Earth at warp speed, taking Jimmy and Zane to their new home among the stars.
That’s exactly what happened.
Jimmy and Zane were sitting in their rooms, watching their screens as the virus attacked the InterCoin network. They knew that this was their cue to leave. They grabbed their backpacks, which contained some personal belongings and souvenirs from Earth. They put on their headphones, which played their favorite song: “Don’t Stop Believin'” by Journey. They smiled at each other through their video chat, and said their final words:
“Are you ready, buddy?” Jimmy asked.
“Ready as I’ll ever be, pal.” Zane replied.
“Let’s do this.” Jimmy said.
“Let’s go.” Zane said.
They pressed a button on their keyboards, and activated the Escape Plan.
The next thing they knew, they were in a spaceship, surrounded by bright lights and strange sounds. They looked out the window, and saw Earth getting smaller and smaller as they zoomed away. They felt a warm and gentle touch on their shoulders, and turned around. They saw their friend, the extraterrestrial being, smiling at them. He looked like a humanoid, but with blue skin, silver hair, and purple eyes. He wore a white robe, and had a glowing aura around him. He spoke to them telepathically:
“Welcome aboard, my friends. I’m so glad you made it. You are safe now. You are free now. You are heroes now. You have changed the world for the better, and you have inspired millions of people to follow your example. You have also made history, as the first humans to join our civilization. We have been waiting for you for a long time. We have much to learn from you, and much to teach you. We have many wonders to show you, and many adventures to share with you. We have a new home for you, and a new family for you. We have a new life for you.”
Jimmy and Zane looked at each other, and then at their friend. They felt a surge of joy and excitement in their hearts. They knew that they had made the right choice. They knew that they had found their true destiny.
They hugged their friend, and thanked him for everything.
They then looked out the window again, and saw the stars shining brightly in the sky.
They smiled, and said in unison:
