What’s the difference between wit and humor:
Wit and humor are two different concepts that are often used to make people laugh, but they have different purposes and characteristics. Humor is the ability to find things funny, or the quality of being funny. Humor is meant to entertain or amuse, and it appeals to our sense of silliness or absurdity. Humor can be expressed through jokes, foolish remarks, or actions. Humor does not require much thought from the audience, and it is usually more broad and light-hearted. Wit is the ability to use words cleverly and humorously. Wit is meant to be clever or unexpected, and it challenges or surprises the listener. Wit can be expressed through smart remarks, metaphors, or wordplay. Wit requires more thought from the audience, and it is usually more clever and intellectual. Wit often uses humor to make a point or to criticize something.
Humor Tales™ posts are a collection of short funny tales developed with the help of AI apps, AI software and platforms.
I write down ideas for fun. Some stories get developed and posted others are ending up on the bottom of the drawer.
